As a certified Leadership and Career Performance Coach, I support Asian American leaders to break through career ceilings and succeed in their careers on their own terms as they navigate social inequity, discrimination, workplace trauma, dominant culture oppression, and other pressures in their workplaces.

As a certified Leadership and Career Performance Coach, I support Asian American leaders to break through career ceilings and succeed in their careers on their own terms as they navigate social inequity, discrimination, workplace trauma, dominant culture oppression, and other pressures in their workplaces.
My lens on the world comes from being a 2nd generation Taiwanese-American, cis-straight female with two young children, as well as having experienced personal loss and workplace traumas. Because of my intersectional identities, I bring empathy, compassion, and kindness to my work with diverse communities. In addition to a Leadership and Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University, my work as a coach is informed by a diverse breadth of professional and lived experiences over 20 years, as well as training in DE&I, wellness, and business operations.
Based in Metrowest Boston, MA, I believe in continual learning throughout my lifetime and love learning new skills. To de-stress, I enjoy creative hobbies (like fashion sewing and making ice cream) and exercising. As of March 2023, I’m preparing for my third season participating in triathlons.
Through my coaching practice, I offer a range of programs and services, including individual and group coaching, team building, group facilitation, resume review, and mentoring.
